The Lake
Nestled in a quiet valley in West Dorset, Litton Lakes is a peaceful campsite and activity lake surrounded by beautiful countryside. It is the ideal spot to spend a few relaxing hours outdoors, whether you are unwinding by the water, enjoying time with friends, or simply making the most of the calm lakeside setting.
Full use of the facilities is included in your session, but if you want to enjoy the lake before or after your session, you will need to buy a lake pass.

Our
Sauna
Our sauna has been thoughtfully designed to bring comfort, warmth and a little everyday magic to your visit. Set inside a bespoke wood fired mobile sauna, it comfortably seats 6 to 7 guests, making it perfect for shared sessions, private hire, slow catch ups and peaceful moments of reset.
Step inside and you’ll find a beautiful Scandinavian redwood interior, soft warm lighting and the deep, steady heat of a Harvia M3 wood burning stove.
With its tinted glass door, large front window and cosy insulated design, the space feels calm, private and beautifully tucked away from the outside world.
Whether you’re here to unwind, reconnect, warm up after the lake, or simply take an hour for yourself, our sauna is ready to welcome you in.
The Cafe
The Purple Turtle Café sits at the heart of Litton Lakes, offering a relaxed and welcoming place to enjoy proper coffee, cakes, milkshakes, bacon sandwiches and other light refreshments. Overlooking the lake, it is the perfect spot to warm up after a swim, take a break between activities, or simply sit back and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Whether you are visiting for the day, staying on site, or joining us for a sauna session, the café adds an easy, friendly touch to your time at Litton Lakes.
