Yes there is plenty of free parking on site.

Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before the time your session starts. Our host will meet you just behind the Purple Turtle Cafe, near the white shower and toilet block. https://w3w.co/extensive.removable.fairness They will be wearing a lanyard and may be wearing a sauna hat. If you are running late, please make your way around the lake clockwise from the cafe until you see the sauna.

To make your experience the best, we advise that you bring: A water bottle, we have water for you Two towels, one to sit on, one to dry yourself with Swimwear, something comfortable to wear in the sauna.

You will have access to the lake, toilets, showers and changing rooms. These are all owned and operated by Litton Lakes. You can utilise all of these facilities immediately before and after your session, but if you would like to enjoy the lake for longer than your session you will need to buy a lake pass. There is space to hang clothing and store kit in the dry whilst you visit Ember Haus. This area is fairly small and it is advisable to travel light!

There will be an Ember Haüs sauna host on hand throughout your visit. They'll ensure you have everything you need, give you a safety briefing, answer any questions you have and ensure you get the best out of your visit.
