Ember Haüs was created by Ryan and George, two friends with a shared love of trail running, the outdoors and proper recovery.

 

After using saunas in different parts of the world, from simple traditional setups to beautifully designed wellness spaces, we wanted to bring the best of those experiences back to Dorset.

For us, a sauna is more than just heat. It is a chance to slow down, reset and reconnect with your body. Whether you are recovering after a long run, taking time out from a busy week, or simply looking for somewhere peaceful to switch off, Ember Haüs has been designed to offer a calm and considered space for wellness, relaxation and recovery.

Set beside the lake at Litton Lakes, our sauna brings together heat, cold water, open air and natural surroundings. We wanted to create something that feels simple, grounded and high quality, a place where people can step away from noise and routine and leave feeling clearer, calmer and restored.
